Conversion of paper documents, microfilms, microfiches, aperture cards and digital images to electronic data. This can be achieved using manual data entry scanning, optical character recognition (OCR) or intelligent character recognition (ICR), as appropriate. Converted data can be provided in most industry standard formats such as TIFF, Searchable TIFF with highlighting, PDF, Searchable PDF, JPEG, GIF, HTML, PNG, ASCII, comma separated value, fixed format, SGML, XML, CSV, MDB, ACCESS or other proprietary tagged formats.
Our own data center is capable of converting over 3.5 million pages per month.
Source Documents Collection
The original materials for digitization are generally collected from customers in either paper, microform or electronic media. Synjones is able to create digital content from any source e.g. papers, microfilm, aperture cards, and scanned images files.
